This year is all about embracing staying in and with the darker evenings, it’s the perfect time of year to embrace a cosy night in. From face masks to foot soaks, our head-to-toe pamper plan is sure to elevate your regular night-in to a luxurious spa experience that will leave you looking radiant and feeling calmer. Prepare for relaxation.

1. Set the scene

In order to have the ultimate cosy night in, you need to set the scene. Tonight is about tuning out the world and tuning in with yourself, so switch off your phone. Now, pop the kettle on and brew yourself something warm and soothing, no matter if that's a peppermint tea or hot cocoa with a mountain of whipped cream and extra marshmallows. We like to top our hot chocolate with some of our Free Fellows Gummy bears for the ultimate treat.

2. Have the ultimate bath

Instead of your typical morning splash and dash, enhance bath time by adding flower petals, coconut oil, or a drop or two of your favourite essential oils to the water. Then, hop in, take a deep breath and soak up all that stress-relieving goodness. Take the time to do a hair mask, light a candle and let the stress of the world wash away.

3. Enjoy a movie

When was the last time you got lost in a good movie? It can be whatever genre you want – pick a movie that you love or one you’ve been meaning to see for ages but never had time to watch.

4. Light some fairy lights

Opt for some fairy lights in order to make your room as cosy as possible. Hang them around the mantle piece to make the room feel just a little bit magical. Or even put up your christmas tree early, we won’t judge. everyone knows a few candles will help to create the perfect atmosphere, too. A cluster of jar candles on the hearth or coffee table will bring a warming glow to any living space.

A great reason to have a night in, is there’s no dress code! So you can relax in your favourite pyjamas, snuggliest knitwear and even your slippers, Whatever works for you Make sure the heating is lovely and warm and pile your sofa with throws and comfy cushions.
